achael Fryd has been doing hair for four years. She went to school at Carsten Institute in Tempe, Az. After school Rachael was an assistant at a small salon. There she honed her skills as a stylist and learned to be what she calls, a “Client Educator”. Rachael has been at Robert Paul Salon for two years now and loves it! While here, she has had the opportunity to attend a week long training seminar at the TIGI Academy in New York City. It was amazing!

With each client that sits in her chair, Rachael feels it is her job to educate them on their hair type, the best products to use, and how to style their hair. That way, they can always have great hair and feel beautiful. Rachael loves working with all hair types. However, if she had to choose one that was her favorite it would have to be fine hair because that is the hair type she has and she understands the challenges that come with it. Rachael also enjoys doing color and highlights. When doing highlights, she uses a technique that is different from most to achieve a natural looking highlight and/or lowlight. Rachael loves being able to change people’s ideas about what their hair can be. She always aims to make her clients happy and feeling beautiful. That is why she loves her job so much!
